Tipster Warnings and Bans
To further our commitment to providing fair competition to all of our tipsters, we have created this post to summarize all the warnings and bans that occur on this site going forward.
We want to create a community where all tipsters are free to call out anybody who is trying to gain an unfair advantage, and everybody has a say as to who and to what extent gets penalized for their wrongdoings.
This post will be permanent and updated regularly. The comment section should serve as a forum where all tipsters can submit their feedback on this topic.
We want to remind our users of the Report tip button located beneath every betting tip analysis that enables everybody to report errors by others or by the authors themselves. This feature is anonymous. Another way to let us know is to post in the comments section of the betting tip in question.

Banned users:
- Hopy - using fake or inflated odds to boost profits. Received initial final warning for owning a duplicate account.
- Uswat, Fany - potential duplicate accounts of Best.
- Best - multiple potential duplicate accounts, some infractions, and constant wrong formatting of betting tips
- Rocky - potential duplicate account of Jockey07.
- Jockey07 - constantly using inflated or historical odds to boost tip profits.
- asifrcet, asifrachna, samraasif, aqeelrcet0 - duplicate accounts.
- OliGlasner - duplicate accounts.
- DonWhiskey - using inflated odds or fake lines to boost tip profits on many occasions.
- Segun04 - continually posting tips with spam analysis or incorrect format even after being contacted, notified, and warned about the issue multiple times.
- Seyiade - duplicate account of Morine.
- Ayodeji1 - duplicate accounts.
- Morine - duplicate account of Ayodeji1.
- Jenna1 - duplicate account of Ayodeji1.
- Joker8 - duplicate account of Leejolt8.
- Ben - using wrong inflated odds to boost profits.
- Leejolt8 - first received a warning for the duplicate account infraction and then was blocked because of adding a betting tip on an event that was already finished.
Warnings:
- Lola - using inflated odds or fake markets to boost tip profits on several occasions. The next infraction will result in a permanent ban.
- tiago89 - using inflated odds or fake markets to boost tip profits on several occasions. The next infraction will result in a permanent ban.
- Sun68 - using inflated odds or fake markets to boost tip profits on several occasions. The next infraction will result in a permanent ban.
- salahsyh - using opening or highest odds instead of odds at the time of posting the betting tip.

Tipster Hopy was found to have been using inflated or fake odds on several occasions to boost profits. Received initial warning for owning a duplicate account.

Tipster Lola was found to have been using inflated or made-up odds on several occasions. The next infraction will result in a permanent ban.

Tipster "Best" was banned after initially receiving a warning about potential duplicate accounts, after which another potential duplicate was detected. In addition, this tipster posted a betting tip for an already finished event and constantly added betting tips with wrong event start times, faulty formatting, etc.
Potential duplicate accounts "Fany" and "Uswat" were also blocked.

Tipster "Jockey07" was banned for constantly using inflated odds to boost profits and cheat at our Monthly Competition.
Further security checks revealed that tipster "Rocky" was using the same IP address as "Jockey07" and similar tip posting patterns, and therefore was banned as a potential duplicate.

@Zexy1990 - Please always report any tips you think or know are created using inflated or fake odds or in any way violating fair play rules. You can use the "Report tip" button under the tip analysis.
You can also e-mail me directly at info[at]tipsterbattle.com about tips or tipsters you suspect of foul play.
This applies to all of our sites' users, community effort is the best way to ensure fair play :)

I see that many tipsters here are using inflated odds so admin don't give anyone who is doing that unfair game any prize so that they will use normal odds.

Tipster "DonWhisky" was banned without prior warning for blatantly and constantly using fake or greatly inflated odds to boost profits.

I don't cheat
I just compare the odds of my tips in different bookmakers and choose the highest one. and i putting the tips before the odds drop.

Tipster tiago89 was found to have been using inflated or made-up odds on several occasions. The next infraction will result in a permanent ban.

@tiago89 - tips are reviewed and the results are added manually, not automatically so there is no concrete timeframe for the result to be added (although typically less than ~12 hours).
All tips will be settled so there is no need to worry about that, instead focus on formatting your tips correctly as you have been constantly posting faulty analyses.

Tipster "Segun04" was banned after continuing to post spam analysis on multiple occasions even after receiving a warning.

Tipster Sun68 was found to have been using inflated or made-up odds on several occasions. The next infraction will result in a permanent ban.

Tipster Segun04 received a warning for posting betting tips that are not formatted correctly and the tip/pick can not be determined for a lot of his tips. For example tip 1, tip 2 and many more.
This would not be a warning for new users if they acknowledge the errors in their tips and make the necessary corrections but even after the user was notified on site for many times and contacted via e-mail he/she has still not made an attempt to fix the issues.

User account "Morine" was detected as a duplicate of tipster "Ayodeji1" and user account "Seyiade" was detected as a duplicate of tipster "Morine". All accounts were permanently blocked due to multiple infractions even after receiving warnings.

Tipster salahsyh received a warning for using opening or highest odds for selected betting tips instead of odds at the time of posting the tip.
Rule 3.13. The tipster has to make sure that the odds for the selected bet are exactly the same as they are on the bookmaker page at the time of publishing the betting tip.

User account "Jenna1" was detected as a duplicate of tipster Ayodeji1. The original account will remain open but received a warning. Any similar breach of our fair play rules will result in a permanent ban.

User "Leejolt8" was banned. First infraction was creating a duplicate account and despite receivig a final warning proceeded to add a betting tip to an event that was already finished as a way to make profit.

User account "Joker8" was detected as a duplicate of tipster Leejolt8. The original account will remain open but received a warning. Any similar breach of our fair play rules will result in a permanent ban.

User "Ben" was banned for using inflated odds to boost profits. All of the user's active tips as well as already settled ones (~20) were using inflated odds so we decided on an instant ban instead of a warning since the tipster had no intention of fair play.
